As a Software Dev Engineer, you will lead the building and improving of backend and frontend services to exceed our user expectations around usability and performance.
You operate at all levels, diving deep into the details while providing inputs to product design and vision.
You will design and implement features that deliver benefits at scale.
You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, senior and peer-level software engineers to deliver complex products and features.
You will own quality and deployment for your code.
You will mentor junior team members to improve their skills and raise the bar on software development best practices.
You are expected to think like an owner, driving the right solutions in terms of quality and breadth of functionality.
The ideal candidate is a creative technology leader with both breadth and depth of relevant technologies.
