We're offering an exciting opportunity for a Software Developer (Junior to Mid-Level) to join our client's innovative Engineering team This hybrid role allows you to work 2 days onsite, with the flexibility to work remotely for the rest of the week.
You'll be contributing to exciting Government projects, gaining hands-on experience and opportunities to learn, develop, and grow.
Key Skills we're looking for: Understanding and some commercial experience with either Java or Python Interest in front-end technologies like React, JavaScript, or Angular Familiarity with version control systems (such as Git) Eagerness to learn and adopt DevOps practices Interest in containerization technologies like Docker (a bonus, but not essential) A proactive mindset and a passion for continuous learning Your Responsibilities: Assist in developing and maintaining web applications, working on both front-end and back-end systems Help design and implement APIs Collaborate closely with experienced developers to learn best practices Write clean, efficient code while getting the support you need to grow Gain valuable experience working in an Agile environment Qualifications: Enthusiasm for software development and a desire to improve your skills British Citizenship (required to apply for SC Clearance) Whether you're just starting your career or looking to grow your skills, this role offers you the chance to make an impact, with a clear path to progressing into mid-level or senior roles.
