Software Application Specialist

Are you an experienced Software Applications Specialist ?
Do you have experience supporting and configuring complex applications?

My clients office is Glasgow city-centre however the role is hybrid (2 days a week in the office) In this role you will be working as part of their software development team and will be focusing on the delivery of applications and providing support.
Role responsibilities include: Analyse, design and implement changes to applications working with the development team Configure applications to support new and existing business processes Design and develop workflow models Debug workflow failures Business & Data analysis Provide application support to users Required skills: Strong communication skills Desire to learn and ability to multi-task Initiative and problem-solving skills, being able to work through a problem, try different solutions Application support / triaging Awareness/experience of workflow solutions Advantageous experience: Business knowledge of Life/Pensions/Investment products Experience of working with Sonata Knowledge T-SQL/P-SQL For more information please get it touch
