Excellerate Services Group is a thriving, dynamic place to work.  Our aim is simple; to deliver technology-led and quality-driven cleaning and security services for our clients across the UK and Ireland.  Excellerate Services uk are looking for a soft service manager who can demonstrate an expertise in both security and cleaning services to lead our team of security and cleaning personnel with a busy town centre shopping centre .
You will be responsible to the Centre General Manager to provide and ensure the safety of all staff, tenants and visitors to the centre.
You will be required to deliver the highest standards of cleanliness and security throughout the Shopping Centre, internally and externally.

Role Requirements Tuesday – Saturday 48 hrs Starting pay £37,000 Must Hold SIA Licence DS or SG SIA CCTV Beneficial - Training will be provided if needed Person Specification: Smart and confident.

Exceptional communication skills .
Possess excellent interpersonal skills Be proactive Be flexible Reliable with excellent time-management skills.
Have a demonstrable knowledge of the security industry.
A commitment to providing first class customer service is essential.

Total hours: 48  Shift pattern: Tue - Fri 0800 - 1800, Sat 0900 - 1700.
