Teaching Personnel is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Sociology Teacher to join our network and support students at GCSE and A-Level in Lincoln.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging Sociology lessons to students at GCSE and A-Level, fostering a deep understanding and appreciation for the subject.
Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards, encourage critical thinking, and prepare students for exams.
Provide tailored support to individual students to help them reach their full potential.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
Collaborate with school staff to maintain a positive learning environment and uphold high standards.
Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Proven experience teaching Sociology at GCSE and A-Level.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Sociology.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and engage students.
