This is a fantastic opportunity to directly support A-level Social Sciences students, helping them build the critical thinking, analytical, and research skills needed for higher education and beyond.
Sociology Graduate | Job Summary Full-time term time only Sociology Graduate role | Long term contract until July 2025 Opportunities to qualify as a teacher and gain QTS Role paying £400-£500 per week | Paid weekly on PAYE basis Experience working with children is essential First-Class Sociology related degree from a top 20 UK University Sociology Graduate | Job Role Supervise students 1:1 and in small group interventions adapting to students individual learning needs and encouraging their engagement with the subject.
Assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom activities, and adapting resources for students.
Track and monitor student progress, providing feedback to the teacher and identifying any additional areas where support may be needed.
Guide students in building confidence, effective study techniques, and a thorough understanding of Social Sciences.
