Responsibilities Hampshire are looking for a qualified social worker who has experience of: Mental health and/or substance misuse.
Must be able to complete care act assessments and safeguarding adults work along with hospital discharge.
Will need to be able to complete community face to face visits with clients.
Support with duty work in the team.

Requirements: This is a full time role Initial 3 month period Based in the Basingstoke area, Client visits required so must be a care driver Expectations – The team do work within a Hybrid model The team is subject to high demand but remains focused on delivery of excellent care and support.
The successful candidates will need to be resilient, effective team workers and able to operate autonomously.
The case load will incorporate a range of community-based clients, care act assessments and reviews as well as duty cover.
Experience required – Working with Adults with Mental Health Benefits A 9 day working fortnight Annual leave of 25 days per annum A hybrid tablet device, so you can work more effectively and flexibly.
5 personal development days per annum.
