You will work in partnership with other agencies (health, education, police, voluntary sector etc.)
to ensure families receive coordinated and appropriate support in relation to their assessed needs.You will need a clear understanding of the principle and function of a Front Door / Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub and evidence of the ability to determine positive outcomes for children and young people, within tight timescales.
The ideal applicant will have had a good foundation of working as a frontline social worker.
To be successful for the post we also need you to have: Social Work England registrationIdeally experience within a MASH teama recognised qualification in Social Workto have passed your Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE)a full driving licence and willingness to driveDBS clearance
