Join our brand-new 0 - Infant Team, a specialist team in Manchester, dedicated to implementing the principles of Born Into Care to support infants remaining within their family whenever possible.
About the Role: As part of this pioneering team, you will work intensively with multi-agency partners to deliver exceptional support to vulnerable infants and families.
This role involves completing pre-birth assessments for single children (not part of a sibling group) and working with single children under the age of 12 months.
You'll be covering a wide range of services, including: Assessments Child in Need Child Protection Pre-proceedings Care proceedings Requirements: Social Work England (SWE) registration Experience in infant and family assessments Strong multi-agency partnership skills If you're passionate about making a difference in the lives of young children and families, we'd love to hear from you.
