Social worker - CWD team- £35 p/hr NonStop Care is currently working with a well established local authority in the Milton Keynes area who are looking for a Qualified Social Worker join their Children's Complex Health or Disabilities Team 0-18.
They offer the opportunity to work from home , giving you the opportunity to travel less and spend more time working on your caseload which will lead to greater job satisfaction Responsibilities: You will be working as a part of multidisciplinary team, developing your knowledge of the different responsibilities which begin with carrying out assessments to identify the individual needs of the child, parent/carer and siblings.
The assessment includes a carer's assessment.
