About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our Children We Care For team.
You will play a crucial role in supporting children and young people who are living away from their family homes, helping them achieve permanence through adoption, special guardianships, and long-term fostering.
You will also support care plans and prepare young people for adulthood.
