Experience Be able to demonstrate experience of working with young people in a relevant social care setting or undertaking voluntary work with this client group.
Demonstrate an understanding of Assessment and Care Planning Management.
Have experience of working with or supporting children with a disability Aptitude & Skills Be able to work within a complex professional environment.
Be able to work under pressure and handle sometimes conflicting demands.
Be able to work directly with professionals in the team undertaking joint tasks.
To understand the boundaries of the role.
Be able to work alone and use initiative within boundaries set by Team Manager.
Be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with colleagues.
Hold a current driving Licence EXPECTED BEHAVIOURS & VALUES Encourage and support others as part of a team.
Give guidance and advice to others.
Grow positive working relationships Share best practice and contribute to development of practices.
