Experience of completing Safeguarding Enquiries is also essential.Primary Responsibilities as an Adult's Wellbeing Social Worker:You will bring ideas, values, and knowledge that ensure responses are person-centered, safe, and effective, with a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for the individuals you support.
You will be familiar with a strengths-based approach and able to employ this in supporting clients to maintain independence and build on community networks of support as much as possible.
