I am delighted to be partnered with Fusion21 to recruit their latest position for a Social Value Manager on a 12 month fixed-term contract.
This role is ideal for a seasoned Social Value Coordinator looking to take on a managerial position and expand their skillset.
As the Social Value Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving and overseeing social value initiatives linked to procurement frameworks.
You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to identify, implement and monitor social value opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify social value opportunities and secure commitments through procurement activities.
Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers and community organisations, to help them articulate their social value ambitions.
Track and report on social value performance across all frameworks and procurement activities.
Mentor and support team members, empowering them to integrate social value into their daily work.
Serve as the primary expert on social value, providing guidance and support to colleagues.
Experience: Strong understanding of social value principles and practices Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills This is a remote working position, however, once a quarter office attendance is encouraged to accomodate meetings, training and learning growth.
