Hunter AHP have an exciting opportunity for an experienced social services occupational therapist to secure a locum contract within a reablement team in Cheshire.
You need experience within moving and handling.
You will work as part of a wider highly experienced multi-disciplinary therapy team which include occupational therapists, nurses, and assistants. Key responsibilities of the occupational therapist role as follows: To provide a high quality, evidence based occupational therapy service.
Collaborating with Reablement teams and care providers to review and reduce care packages, ensuring appropriate levels of care are provided.
To work as an independent clinical professional with well-developed knowledge and skills, problem solving, clinical reasoning and clinical expertise in specialist area.
