Step One is a pioneering Australian underwear company that has seen huge growth in the past seven years and continues to grow in the UK.
With a growing celebrity and athlete following, Step One is looking to recruit a Social Media / Marketing Manager to join our London office.
This newly created role is crucial for managing our rapidly growing social accounts, along with working with our large roster of talent and athletes to drive engagement.

We are looking for an innovative, agile and results-oriented campaign manager to join our growing team.
You must have a proven track-record of creating and owning high-impact content and influencer marketing campaigns across digital media platforms.
You will maintain an active awareness of emerging trends, new and existing platform formats, and generally stay abreast of creative best practice in the social and digital content space.

Reporting into the Head of Marketing and Comms, you must be able to lead multiple projects and briefs simultaneously – including brand campaigns that involve social advertising, influencer marketing workstreams, and social content development.
You will be used to working with small teams to collaborate and maintain close relationships to ensure alignment across channels.
You must be able to write, evaluate strategy, assess creative ideas and measure the overall effectiveness of social output.

The Role: Develop and implement social media strategies across all platforms in multiple territories, mainly but not exclusive to UK, AU & US Create monthly content calendars in line with business requirements Build processes and procedures to allow for best practices and efficiencies in social media activities Work collaboratively with our office in Australia and our growing talent roster to support campaigns, product launches and promote new content Track, analyse and report on social media performance in line with set KPIs Work closely with internal creative teams as well as agencies to produce all social assets.
Work with external agencies, influencers, and brand ambassadors to amplify brand presence and consumer engagement Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance, fan engagement, and key insights for senior management Generate unique, engaging and positive campaigns ideas to continue to grow our audience Brief and oversee content creation including but not limited to photography, dynamic video (shorts, reels, infeed and TikTok) written and graphic content along with Be comfortable capturing content and having some editing skills so that content can be managed on shoots and events Planning and implementation of paid & organic social media and content campaigns to drive awareness, engagement and conversion Your Talent: Motivated & creative social media expert & first mover on new trends Proven marketing track record with social media channels in consumer or lifestyle brand, or in agency Hands-on experience with Google Analytics Demonstrated ability to lead & manage projects on challenging timelines Understanding of content production Experience in dealing with and managing external partners such as agencies desirable Creative & entrepreneurial spirit and energy, proven ability to work independently and multi-task Must be detail oriented, resourceful, self-motivated Existing working relationships with all the major social platforms a plus Experience of planning social and digital campaigns within the wider communications and marketing framework Extensive experience in measuring the hard and soft impacts of social media performance - from brand uplift, business effects, reach, engagement, sentiment, and more much besides A clear viewpoint on the future of social platforms, content marketing and influencer marketing A clear point of view on social's role and abilities in building brand consideration, and attracting new customers


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
