Role Overview: As a Social Media Marketing Executive with a TikTok specialism, you will be at the forefront of crafting and executing impactful TikTok strategies.
You'll work closely with clients to understand their goals, develop innovative content plans, and analyse performance to optimise campaigns.
While TikTok will be your focus, you'll also support the broader social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement TikTok strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for clients.
Create and manage TikTok content calendars, ensuring a consistent and engaging posting schedule.
Identify and collaborate with TikTok influencers and creators to amplify campaigns.
Stay ahead of TikTok trends, including viral content, audio, challenges, and platform updates, to keep clients' content fresh and relevant.
Monitor and report on TikTok performance metrics (views, engagement rates, follower growth, etc.
), providing actionable insights for optimisation.
Assist with broader social media campaigns, contributing to strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms where necessary.
Collaborate with the designers and copywriters to ensure all content aligns with client branding and objectives.
Engage with TikTok audiences, fostering community interaction and responding to comments.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience managing TikTok accounts for brands or clients, with demonstrable success in growing audiences and achieving campaign objectives.
Strong understanding of TikTok's algorithm, trends, and audience behaviours.
Proficiency in using social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or TikTok's native analytics).
Creative flair for storytelling and content creation, with an eye for what works on TikTok.
Experience in engaging with and managing online communities.
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines.
Desirable Skills: Experience with video editing tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
Knowledge of paid TikTok advertising and how to run targeted campaigns.
Understanding of other platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and how they complement TikTok strategies.
Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms or networks.
