We are supporting a fantastic London-based fashion brand on the lookout for a Social Media Marketing Executive.
You will play a vital role in enhancing the organisation's digital presence by planning, executing, and analysing social media campaigns, as well as managing content creation and platform optimisation to engage target audiences effectively.
If you've ever been told you're glued to your phone but insist it's all "for work" (when you're really shopping!)
– this might just be your calling.
Key responsibilities: Collaborate with internal marketing teams to design and deliver impactful social media campaigns during key periods.
(Yes, you'll finally get to turn your obsession with hashtags into a career.)
Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
(Memes?
Relevant.
Cat videos?
Only if it's a clever metaphor for engagement.)
Monitor and analyse social media performance, providing regular reports to stakeholders with actionable insights.
(Translation: show them the ROI on those fire TikToks.)
Engage with audiences through comments and messages to build community and brand loyalty.
(You're basically the digital party host.)
Support paid social media campaigns, including setup, optimisation, and performance tracking.
(Making ads that make people say, "Take my money now!") Conduct competitor analysis and identify trends to inform content strategy and social media plans.
(Aka, scrolling socials but calling it "research.") Coordinate with external agencies and partners to ensure the successful delivery of collaborative campaigns.
(Yes, sometimes you'll have to talk to humans.)
Use tools like Meta Ads Manager, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics to optimise social media efforts and measure ROI.
(Your spreadsheets will be so beautiful, they'll make analysts weep.)
What we're looking for: Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing, with a focus on content creation and campaign execution.
(Basically, you're the friend everyone asks to help "fix" their Instagram captions.)
Skilled in crafting and analysing performance-driven social media campaigns.
(You love data as much as a viral dance trend.)
Proficient in social media management platforms and analytics tools.
(Yes, there's a tool for that.)
Strong creative and copywriting skills, with an eye for detail and consistency.
(No typos.
Ever.)
Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
(You can charm anyone, online or off.)
What's in it for you: Annual salary: £42,000 - £55,000, depending on experience Permanent role, full-time hours Hybrid working – 2-3 days per week on site Generous annual leave and a supportive, collaborative work environment Opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to impactful social media initiatives (and finally prove to your family that social media is a "real job").
This vacancy will be actively shortlisted, so early applications are encouraged to avoid missing out on the opportunity.
Please be sure to connect with and follow the hiring manager for this role so we can contact you.
And who knows?
Maybe your first campaign will be telling the world how you landed this job!
