Your Team Our dynamic social media team plays a pivotal role in shaping the brand's online presence and engaging directly with customers - we are a team of 5 currently with 2 social media executives and 2 social media assistants consistently creating engaging content to almost 5 million followers across our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Pinterest and YouTube channels.
In the last 12 months the team have had the opportunity to work on global campaigns with talent such as Gunna, Trippie Redd and DDG.
Your Role The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering strategies focused on brand awareness, follower growth, and engagement, building communities and creating hype on a global scale.
Managing a team of 4, we're looking for someone who is passionate about the brand, creative and agile.
You will be full of creativity and enable your team to develop creative solutions to key businesses challenges, reacting first to social trends and utilising social listening to understand more about our audience.
You will be tasked with managing, leading and mentoring a team of 4 social media specialists and content creators.
Providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high performance whilst conducting regular 1-2-1 sessions and ensuring progress is monitored in half year and yearly progression development programmes.
We want you to drive a clear growth strategy, providing clear aims and objectives for each channel with achievable targets.
You will work closely with the wider marketing teams to implement growth initiatives, creative campaigns and supporting all existing campaign initiatives across all social platforms that engage new and existing audiences, ensuring brand consistency in content, tone of voice and terminology across all social media platforms.
You will determine and drive the social strategy for the brand alongside the Creative Director - focussing on continued WoW fan growth and improving engagement against wider marketing KPIs whilst ensuring that the various social media functions are connected - both to each other and to the wider brand marketing and related communications and initiatives.
What we want to see We would like to see candidates that have ideally 5-8 years experience within social and 3 of those having come from a management position showing effective planning, organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once hitting deadlines and using initiative.
You should have a good understanding of Adobe programmes: Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro and good understanding of video lighting and audio with a keen eye for detail.
Ideally you would have come from within a fast paced retail environment preferably in menswear but dont let that hold you back!
