WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR … The Celtic Collection is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and execution.
This role will oversee the development and implementation of innovative campaigns that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support commercial objectives.
The Social Media Manager will also lead and mentor a team consisting of a Social Media Executive and Social Media Assistant.
This role contributes to The Celtic Collection goals and values by visibly managing the smooth running of the social media team within the marketing department, supporting the Group Marketing Director and Head of Marketing to ensure effective delivery of The Celtic Collection's marketing strategies.WHAT YOU'LL DO … Assist Head of Marketing to oversee the Resort's digital strategy with the Ecommerce Marketing Manager and ensure all facilities and events within the Celtic Collection are promoted.Responsible for carrying out research for various marketing and digital trends and of competitor activity and present creative ideas to the team.
Responsible for assisting the PR Manager in generating media.
Co-ordinating and support media and ambassador / influencer visits including making bookings and creating itineraries.
Maintaining a relationship with key contributors.Attending resort internal meetings and updating other departments on forthcoming activity and developing communications with all teamsResponsible for assisting with the organisation and content creation at Celtic Collection events.
Working the hours and days required and with flexibility to deliver content creation.
This will include evening and weekend work.Responsible for carrying out various other general marketing duties as required.
Responsible for the cleanliness and presentation within your working environment in accordance with set standards.Providing analysis and reporting for all marketing activities including all digital strategies.
Measuring all activity to ensure achieving required results.Generate ideas and creative copy to develop written text across a range of marketing materials to include promotional brochures and literature, letters, adverts, presentation and sales materials, signage, event marketing requirements.
Including supporting internal communications.Assist in the effective management of any agencies and third parties which may include but is not limited to creative, design, print and digital.
