Role: Social Media Manager Salary: up to £40,000 Location: Remote (monthly travel) Our client, a well known personal care brand, is looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to lead their online presence and engage with their target audience across multiple social platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook to increase engagement and brand visibility.
Curate, create, and manage high-quality, engaging content (posts, reels, stories, and more) that resonates with beauty consumers and reflects the brand's unique identity.
Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with overall marketing goals.
Manage the social media calendar and ensure timely, relevant content that aligns with beauty trends, product launches, and campaigns.
Engage with followers, responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a way that builds a strong online community.
Stay ahead of beauty and social media trends, continuously adapting strategies to capitalize on new features, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and use insights to improve content and strategies.
Partner with influencers and beauty creators to grow brand presence and boost engagement through collaborations.
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
Proven experience in developing successful social media strategies and growing audiences across multiple platforms.
Strong understanding of the beauty industry, current trends, and social media best practices.
Excellent visual and written communication skills, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
Proficient in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, etc.).
Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and optimize strategies.
Creative, proactive, and able to work independently with strong project management skills.
