Reporting into brand leaders, the Social Media Manager and Content Creator will lead the charge in expanding and engaging the businesses online presence across key platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities Oversee daily social media operations and implement strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with the brand's overall objectives.
Engage with the community by responding to direct messages, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive, interactive environment.
Track and optimize social media performance to meet or exceed key KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, views, and follower growth.
Collaborate with the brand lead to create content that reflects the brand's values and supports key campaigns.
Develop and maintain content calendars, coordinating posts, stories, and campaigns across various platforms.
Lead the creation and management of weekly and monthly performance reports, analyzing social media metrics to provide actionable insights.
Coordinate graphic design requests to ensure social media content aligns with the brand's visual identity.
Develop compelling, brand-aligned content designed to engage the target audience, raise awareness, and drive conversions.
Work closely with the internal team, influencers, and external content creators to ensure content reflects the brand's voice, target audience, and business goals.
Adapt existing brand assets for optimized use on platforms like Instagram Stories, Reels, and TikTok.
Produce and edit short-form video content to enhance engagement, ensuring high-quality videography optimized for social media platforms.
Leverage consumer insights to craft relevant and impactful content.
Ensure all content meets brand standards through a final review process with the Brand Leads for quality and consistency across channels.
What we are looking for?
Over 3 years of experience in social media management and content creation, ideally within the beauty, fashion, wellness, or lifestyle industries.
Demonstrated success in building and growing brand presence on TikTok and Instagram.
Strong portfolio featuring creative content, including photography, videography, and graphic design.
Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities, crafting engaging captions, posts, and video scripts.
Skilled in video editing software such as Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere.
Proven ability to develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement, increase followers, and boost sales.
Adept at adjusting to algorithm changes and experimenting with new content formats and features.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, CRM, and performance media teams.
Passionate about storytelling and staying current with the latest social media trends and tools.
A creative thinker with a commercial mindset, focused on enhancing engagement, building community, and driving revenue through content.
