Overview We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic and Social Media obsessed assistant executive to manage the day-to-day social posting, content creation strategy and organic growth of our channels.
Reporting to the head of Brand and Marketing.
This new opportunity for our growing London-based team and the ideal candidate will need to have a passion for content creation, a visual eye and be a social media addict with strong writing skills, photo and (social) video-editing skills.
The Position Owning the day-to-day running of the social calendar and scheduling on the Jilla social channels (Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest).
Building Brand awareness & increasing following.
Maintain and hone the Jilla tone of voice, ensuring all posts are aligned with the brand.
Cultivate and grow our social community with engaging social content and strong community management skills.
Building and shaping our TikTok strategy.
Report on social engagement and traffic analytics on a daily, weekly and monthly level.
Stay on top of social trends, providing feedback to the wider team on trends and innovations.
Outreach to influencers and talent for social takeovers, and partnerships.
Support with brand launches, shoots, commercial projects and paid partnerships.
Skills A love and understanding of social media, fashion and content creation.
A self-starter with a positive can-do attitude.
Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail.
Organised and following content calendars and schedules.
Strong video editing skills and content creation for all platforms.
Strong concept creator & storyteller with the ability to communicate clearly.
Knowledge of the latest algorithms and industry standards.
Teamwork-focused approach.
Creative flair and ability to contribute ideas.
Minimum 1-2 years experience working in a social media role within the fashion industry.
Good time management skills, well organised, can prioritise and work under pressure.
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
A team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
