This involves developing and implementing strategies to engage audiences, create impactful visual content, and drive brand awareness.
The role requires expertise in professional design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality graphics and videos that align with If Only's luxury brand identity.
Key Tasks · Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with If Only's marketing goals and audience demographics.
· Plan, create, and publish engaging content for all social media channels, maintaining a consistent and strategic posting schedule.
· Design and produce high-quality graphics and videos using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign · Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
· Monitor social media channels to engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster positive interactions with the audience.
· Work closely with internal teams to align content with broader business goals, ensuring cohesive branding across all touchpoints.
· Translate performance insights and trends into actionable recommendations to enhance engagement and reach.
· Monitor competitors and industry trends to ensure If Only remains innovative and competitive.
· Ensure all social media content adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining the premium tone and style of If Only.
· Comply with copyright laws and intellectual property standards when creating and sharing content.
· Ensure all social media activities comply with If Only's data protection and privacy regulations.
· Complete mandatory training on data protection, information security, and other compliance requirements.
· Monitor and address user-generated content to ensure alignment with brand values and policies.
· Adhere to If Only's internal policies and best practices in all social media activities.
· Achieve consistent growth in followers and engagement rates across all social media platforms.
· Meet and exceed targets for social media-driven website traffic and conversions.
· Deliver a set volume of high-quality, brand-aligned content on time and to specification.
· Optimize campaigns based on performance data to ensure positive ROI.
· Maintain industry-leading response times for customer inquiries and comments on social platforms.
· Demonstrate measurable improvement in social media metrics, including reach, impressions, and click-through rates.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in managing social media for a brand, preferably in the travel or luxury industry.
Proven ability to execute successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
Strong background in creating professional-level graphics and videos using Adobe Creative Suite tools inc InDesign Knowledge: In-depth understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Strong grasp of luxury branding principles and audience expectations.
Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social).
Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
Exceptional graphic design and video editing skills tailored for social media.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling captions and posts.
Analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and optimize campaigns effectively.
