Social Account Executive / Junior Account Manager The team is now looking for an Influencer Executive to work as part of the Influencer Department with the day-to-day runnings of campaigns.
These range from SMEs/start-ups through to high-end brands Key Responsibilities: ? Sourcing of influencers and talent for client campaigns ? Recommending influencers and talent for new business and upselling proposals ? Great understanding of the current influencer landscape ? Already established contacts within the industry ? Support on bi-monthly and monthly reports ensuring all key information and formatting is in place.
? Ensure key partner databases are up to date with relevant bios and performance statistics.
? Assist in project coordination adhering to critical timelines.
? Stay current on company offerings and industry trends.
? Ensure all creative assets and influencers are on-brand and suitable for our ongoing campaigns.
? Help in coordinating all internal and external resources.
? Support in solving problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations.
? Support in building responses to prospects' briefs and identifying areas for improvement and ideas for new business.
Key Skills/Experience: ? 1-3 experience in an influencer marketing or social media role (ideally known brand and/or agency).
? Understanding of TikTok as well as Instagram.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills - including reporting and presenting.
? Great attention to detail and highly organised.
? Knowledge of paid social, social media management & influencers.
? Driven and results-orientated.
? Strong numerical and analytical ability.
? Ability to work to tight deadlines.
? Excellent people skills with a solution focused outlook.
? Fluent in English (an additional language would be a bonus!).
