Social Media and Content Assistant
Need to have worked in hair/ beauty / personal care b2c Remote working with travel to London 2 times a month plus as needed for shoots / events
This is an amazing opportunity for a passionate and experienced social media executive to join this thriving hair care brand.
This is a really autonomous role, working mostly from home.
You will be responsible for community management as well as scheduling and posting on all social media channels.
You will use trending templates, sounds, and songs you enjoy seeking out new trends that can be applied to the brand to create engaging content as well as identify emerging talent for future campaigns.
Please not this is not an influencer or content creator
Key skills:
Strong comms skills- written and verbal Spotting new trends that can be applied to the business to create engaging content Shooting and editing short form content across all SM channels Capturing content at photoshoots and events Writing the content calendar and coming up with the ideas for plan - own the calendar and content selection Work with content creators Engaging with the community and user generated content through likes, comments, and reposts Shooting TikTok's, Reels, and other short form content Finding creators for upcoming briefs and campaigns Briefing ideas to content creators for campaigns and organic content Research and analyse competitor's social activity and best practices About you:
Wfh- Need to be confident and proactive in wfh environment Comfortable in voicing ideas and sharing these with senior members of the team and external partners Great project management Passion for the industry or fragrances/ nail/ beauty sector Team player but ability to work well autonomously Creative and able to come up with innovative ideas
