We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Co-ordinator to join our team, with a strong focus on managing and growing our organic social channels.
Whilst Instagram continues to be our primary channel, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube will all play critical roles in the next stages of our business growth.
Reporting into the Head of Social Media and sitting within the wider Creative team, this role will be pivotal in defining and executing our social strategy, creating engaging content, and driving key growth metrics, including follower growth, engagement, reach, and conversion.
Tasks Responsibilities Channel Strategy Execution: Own community management and posting schedule across our key social channels with a focus on growth metrics such as follower growth, engagement, reach, and conversions, blending creative vision with commercial acumen.
Channel Day-to-day Maintenance: Own the general health of key channels by managing scheduling, post creation, crafting social-first captions, posting, post-upload monitoring, community management, and sourcing user-generated content.
Content Creation: You will sometimes be required to support our Content Creators & Creative Team in creating content for our key channels.
This requires a comfort in multiple content settings (behind and in front of the camera) whilst exhibiting a willingness to consistently experiment with new concepts while maintaining high standards.
Campaign Strategy Support: Lead on building larger-scale campaign rollout plans, as well as strategizing, developing, and executing smaller-scale campaigns with a social-first approach, aligning with seasonal moments like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.
You may be required to be on set from time to time, but only according to the needs of the specific shoot as determined by the Head of Social.
Reporting & Analysis: Conduct weekly and monthly reporting on channel performance, utilising data analysis skills to visualise and communicate insights effectively and support in presenting these insights back to the business in marketing and trade meetings Support: You will provide ad hoc support for the wider Social and Creative teams, including social content, copywriting, asset editing and more.
You will have an opportunity to learn and try your hand at many disciplines, and will be up for whatever comes your way.
Requirements You should Have at least 2 years of professional social media experience, having managed a similar account first-hand Have clear examples of both your contributions to growing a social account, and crafting the aesthetic character of the account Have experience with reporting tools such as Google Analytics to provide insightful analysis into channel performance.
Be comfortable working in a busy start-up environment: working lean and quickly with available resources Have experience creating engaging content - we'll want to see examples of what you can do, from ideation to filming to editing Be highly organised and an excellent project manager, attentive to detail and commercially minded Have a good understanding of the brand and the customer Be driven, ambitious, solution oriented, and nice to work with TASK - Upon application: Please do not spend time on a cover letter.
