Salary from £25-30k dependent on experience.
Creative and ideas-driven, you'll provide a digital content service to deliver effective social and web solutions.
You'll be based in Glasgow and work closely with the wider team across some of our biggest clients.
Your enthusiasm for social will mean you're on top of the latest trends and you'll be comfortable planning and co-ordinating shoots, capturing and editing video and static content, and using Canva, CapCut, After Effects or other software.
It would be ideal if you had some experience of using website content management systems too.
A team player with excellent client service skills, you'll take a mature approach to your work.
You'll work with clients from a wide range of industries including property and retail marketing and no two days will be the same.
Super-organised, you'll be big on detail with excellent time-management and communication skills, and you'll be happy to travel throughout the UK as required.
We work on a hybrid basis – from home on Mondays and Fridays with everyone in the office from Tuesday to Thursday.

Main responsibilities
• Planning, co-ordinating and creating static and video content for social media and web, with the ability to professionally edit raw footage.
• Planning and writing optimised web content for clients.
• Working with the Whitewall team to elevate clients' digital presence.
• Planning, writing and updating content on client and owned websites.
• Collaborating with clients and colleagues to maximise engagement with digital content.
• Proactively researching market trends and sharing insights on competitor marketing with the wider team.
• Tracking and recording campaign performance and effectiveness, adjusting to improve where necessary.
• Creating monthly performance reports and sharing insights.
• Acting as the first point of contact for your own clients and taking responsibility for your own accounts.
• Researching and writing longer-form content, working with our in-house copy team.
Skills & qualifications
• A minimum of two years' post-degree working experience, including first-class customer service/account management skills.
• Strong social media experience and knowledge, including TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
• Experience planning, executing and managing paid social media campaigns would be an advantage.
• Outstanding content and video production and editing skills using Capcut, After Effects, Canva, etc.
• Experience of managing content on at least one website content management system would be an advantage.
• An awareness of SEO and best practice would be an advantage.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple competing priorities at one time.
