Social Media Co-Ordinator (B2B) – Part-Time Location: 3 days on-site (Slough) Company Overview: We are a leading B2B organisation in the industrial manufacturing sector, seeking a passionate and dynamic Social Media Co-Ordinator to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities: - Social Media Strategy: Implementation of the social media strategy across key platforms, with a strong focus on LinkedIn for global outreach.
- Content Scheduling & Planning: Manage and schedule social media posts, ensuring alignment with global timelines and brand objectives, focusing primarily on LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Content Creation: Create and edit visual assets using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with a B2B audience.
- Platform Management: Ensure consistent and engaging social media activity on LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook, growing brand visibility and engagement across these platforms.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders from Marketing Communications, Branding, and Regional Marketing teams to ensure social media initiatives are aligned with broader marketing campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize future campaigns and content for better reach and engagement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure the smooth execution of social media campaigns.
Key Skills & Qualifications: - Experience: 1-3 years of experience in B2B social media, ideally within the industrial manufacturing sector.
- Platform Proficiency: Strong experience with LinkedIn, and a good understanding of YouTube and Facebook in a B2B context.
- Software Skills: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop or Canva, Illustrator, and InDesign for content creation and image editing.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.
- Organisation Skills: Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure attention to detail.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
