Social Media and Marketing Executive Key Responsibilities: Work with our Operations Manager to develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Manage and curate content across all social media channels including Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and others. Create and schedule engaging posts, graphics, and videos tailored to target audiences. Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed. Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community relationships. Collaborate with the sales and senior leadership team to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals and campaigns. Track and report on social media metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns. Stay updated on industry developments and emerging platforms to keep the company at the forefront of social media trends. Skills, Qualifications and Key Attributes: An innovator with a "no idea is a bad idea" attitude. A quick thinker with the ability to work on both reactive and proactive strategies. A trailblazer who can lead the charge. Proven experience working in an internal Social Media or Marketing role. A strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. Strong creative and organizational abilities, with an eye for design and detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising strategies is a plus.
