We do actually need a highly competent person, so if that's not you, go back to your knitting.Who We Are:Launched in 2018, Lightbulb Media are a creative performance agency that helps global brands to scale online through scroll-stopping social media content, copywriting & paid ads.Our clients range across every sector you can imagine from ice baths to insurance, and we've generated over £170m from our work to date.The Person We Want:- Digital native- always on top of new trends & best practice on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest & LinkedIn.
- Confident communicator- both written & verbal.- Creatively competent- good grasp of design & editing tools like CapCut, Canva & Adobe.- Highly organised- we love a colour co-ordinated calendar.- Bags of initiative- everyone gets their ideas heard here, so don't be shy of bringing them to the table.What You'll Be Doing:Creating social audits & engaging in regular social listening & competitor research/benchmarking for your clientsDeveloping social first strategies to present to both your clients and the wider teamWriting engaging short form & long form social copy/scripts following best practiceWorking alongside the design team to conceptualise, create & edit still/video assets that follow key trendsRegularly scheduling social posts using tools like Hootsuite/Meta Business SuiteEngaging in regular community management of social pagesLeading calls with your clients to provide expert advice, manage expectations & ensure all activities are aligned to their goalsCreating reports using tools like GA4/Hootsuite/Swydo and presenting these to clients with strategic recommendationsWho You'll Be Working With:- Creative Lead- you'll be contributing to creative briefs, overall social strategy & output/management of assets.- Paid Media Team- receiving feedback from paid campaigns to incorporate into organic strategy and vice versa.What You'll Get:- £26k-£30k dependent on experience- 30 days holiday + BHs + Birthday Off- Macbook & iPhone (to keep things separate)- Fully serviced, dog-friendly city centre office- £1000p/a professional development fund- 6-month performance reviews- Personal brand + personal finance coaching- Flexible work schedule (Most of us are TWATS- Tues, Weds & Thurs in office and Mon & Fri at home)Please do not apply if you are not from the UK or willing to locate to Greater Manchester area as the nature of this role requires regular in-office days.For everyone else, apply below- or if you want extra marks, send your application/portfolio to ****** and use the word SLYTHERIN in the subject line.
