The Person We Want:
- Digital native - always on top of new trends & best practice on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest & LinkedIn.
- Confident communicator - both written & verbal.
- Creatively competent - good grasp of design & editing tools like CapCut, Canva & Adobe.
- Highly organised - we love a colour co-ordinated calendar.
- Bags of initiative - everyone gets their ideas heard here, so don't be shy of bringing them to the table.
What You'll Be Doing:
Creating social audits & engaging in regular social listening & competitor research/benchmarking for your clients Developing social first strategies to present to both your clients and the wider team Writing engaging short form & long form social copy/scripts following best practice Working alongside the design team to conceptualise, create & edit still/video assets that follow key trends Regularly scheduling social posts using tools like Hootsuite/Meta Business Suite Engaging in regular community management of social pages Leading calls with your clients to provide expert advice, manage expectations & ensure all activities are aligned to their goals Creating reports using tools like GA4/Hootsuite/Swydo and presenting these to clients with strategic recommendations Who You'll Be Working With:
- Creative Lead - you'll be contributing to creative briefs, overall social strategy & output/management of assets.
- Paid Media Team - receiving feedback from paid campaigns to incorporate into organic strategy and vice versa.
