Job Title We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our team at Clubhouse Golf, the largest and most trusted ecommerce golf retailer in the UK.
This role will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies across platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content that reflects the brand voice and resonates with target audiences.
Brand Strategy: Collaborate with the wider marketing team to develop and execute brand strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyse social media performance using analytics tools; provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
Influencer/Ambassador Engagement: Management of current influencers/ambassadors and future influencer opportunities.
With a clear focus on securing future Content Creators in line with our brand direction.
Engagement Management: Responsible for overseeing, optimising, and growing engagement across all Clubhouse Golf social media platforms.
Build and own the strategy to increase audience interaction, grow a community, and drive measurable results against brand awareness, loyalty, and conversion.
Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including product launches and promotions, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and support overall business objectives.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, social media developments, and emerging technologies to inform strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications A strong understanding of the sports industry is essential.
At least 3 years of experience in social media marketing is required.
Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g.
GA4, Meta Analytics & Social media insights) is necessary.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
What We Offer An attractive salary band of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
