As part of the Housing Management team, you'll work closely with a partner, gaining direct mentorship while taking ownership of impactful cases.
This role is perfect if you enjoy variety and tackling complex cases from start to finish.
You'll be handling: Possession cases and anti-social behaviour issues Contested successions , injunctions , and ASBIs Unlawful subletting , social housing fraud , abandonment , and hoarding cases Disrepair and EPA 1980 work, among other unique cases You'll play a key role in their mission to provide top-notch service to clients while working in a dynamic, results-oriented team.

The Candidate Experienced: Housing Management Solicitor with 2-5 PQE with understanding of anti-social behaviour claims, injunctions, possession proceedings and housing disrepair Background: Preferably with Local Authorities (LAs), Public Registered Providers (PRPs), Or HM Private Practice Skilled: Excellent communicator and problem-solver with strong attention to detail Ambitious: A self-starter who values client service and thrives in a fast-paced, modern setting.
