The people who use our services (individuals) have additional support needs associated with learning disability or autism and require support to continue to live independently in their own homes, to attend Day Support and meaningful activity or have short break respite.More detail is provided in the Job Profile, Person Specification and Conditions of Service Summary attached to the bottom of this advert.
Additional InformationThe grade of this post is HRate of pay shown in the advert is inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance of £1.
