Job SummaryPlease note that this position is temporary.You will be a motivated, enthusiastic and caring individual who enjoys working with adults who have autism / learning disability.Applicants should be experienced in working with adults who have autism and a learning disability, preferably in a residential / home support setting and possess the skills to achieve a safe balance of promoting independence and managing risk.You must be an excellent communicator and team worker who can develop good relationships with colleagues and service users.
