About usAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Social Care Officer/Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.The postholder will be responsible for working alongside the Senior Occupational Therapist as part of an innovative new project to right-size care packages for the people we support in the community, and subsequently write their care plans.
The successful candidate will have experience of working to support vulnerable people in any capacity, and a good standard of general education.
