Full-Time, Permanent, Young Adults Support Worker job vacancy, Letchworth Garden City between Cambridge & Stevenage just off the A10.
No experience necessary as full training & qualifications provided.
Complete your Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
Benefits £12.37 - £13.49 per hour / £25'700 - £28K per annum.
£1500 Welcome Bonus 4 Weekly rota patterns Average 40hrs per week.
Full time or flexible part time shifts/hours available including weekend only hours.
Fully funded training and on-going professional development.
Paid DBS Check.
Funding to complete Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare 33 Days Holiday including bank holidays.

Duties
As a Support Worker, you would be working within a Supported Living Service for Younger Adults, which provides support for young people who have severe learning disabilities.
This fantastic service provides support for individuals with profound, multiple learning disabilities providing them Residential Schooling and a home where they receive high levels of care.
Personal Care needs such as washing and getting ready for bed.
Ensuring good bedtime routines and sleeping patterns.
Doing regular checks throughout the night.
Ensuring any medical needs are followed.
Ensure that you create a safe environment for both the children & your work colleagues.
Light housekeeping duties during your night shift.
Recording information and administration.
