Snr Customer Success Manager – Cyber Security, pre-IPO, SaaS, Enterprise, Growth, London My client is global leading Cyber Security vendor who are expanding their Customer Success team in Europe following continuous growth and success.
A true market leader in every sense is looking for an astute Snr CSM who has a real focus on retention and growth.
Responsibilities As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for all post sales activities including adoption/onboarding, retention, and growth within our strategic accounts.
Develop and maintain key relationships with stakeholders across your account base You will be responsible for driving customer adoption, identifying, and mitigating potential roadblocks with subscription renewals, and performing system and process health checks to maximise the value customers receive from the platform Build a strategic roadmap for every customer that defines how they should consume and adopt the products to meet their desired outcomes Be the voice of the customer internally, including feeding customer priorities into the Product team for issues and enhancements Work with the Account Executive, Solutions Engineering and Product teams to retain a strong service offering and deliver the best experience possible to their customers Requirements 5+ years of experience in customer success, technical account management, Professional Services, or related, customer-facing role Ideally you will have worked within the Cyber Security or Enterprise SaaS environment Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level contacts, along with day-to-day users of the platform Must have experience of upselling/growth into strategic accounts Excellent communication skills verbal, written and presentation Detail-oriented with the ability to set priorities and be flexible in an ever-changing environment To apply please send your CV to ****** WMTech WMTech is trusted by leaders in the Cyber Security, AI and Enterprise Software sectors to advise on talent strategy specifically for Start-Ups.
