Job Details Your new company Hays Senior Finance are exclusively recruiting and partnering with an established, profitable and ambitious retail business based in Hereford.Key ResponsibilitiesLead commercial finance, financial planning, financial analytics, and management accountingSupport and drive business decision-making, business partnering with senior stakeholders across the businessManage 1 qualified and part-qualified accountant and work closely with the financial control and purchase ledger teamsWork closely with the data team to ensure that data and systems are used to deliver accurate financial information and the optimal level of business insight and business efficiencyRequirementsQualified CIMA/ACCA or equivalent with 3+ years PQECommercial Finance background is a mustStrong team leader who has developed individuals and managed performanceExcellent communication skills with experience of communicating at all levelsExperience with budgeting, forecasting, modelling, planningGood knowledge of accounting standardsHigh level of numeracyExcellent attention to detailHave strong finance systems experience, including analytical toolsWhat you'll get in return In return, you will receive a competitive package, flexible working arrangement and hybrid options.
