Salary: £70,000 per annum + Benefits (including Annual Bonus and work abroad 3 weeks a year!)
Basis: Full time Location: Central London - 4 Days in Office & 1 day WFH.
You will be stepping into an Agency with an ethos that is built on creativity, consumer insight and pursuit of emerging trends and technologies.

Snr Account Director - The Role: Client services - Leadership of an agency team and portfolio of clients.
Responsibility for the strength of client
relationship(s).
- Responsible for driving successful implementation of multiple projects within one or across various client groups.
- Seeks to personally grow client and industry networks.
- Leads client development plans and strategies that deliver on client / agency targets.
Ensures client feedback and reviews occur and inform future ways of working.
- Proficient in crafting a clear activation strategy and the skill sets required to deliver
- Defines expectations for 'best-in-class' client service across the team
- Externally is the client lead, ensuring excellence in client servicing.
Internally provides project
oversight and direction.
- Identifies organic growth opportunities with existing clients and converts them into agency briefs
- Plays a significant role in pitches, building rapport and trust with clients, and recognised for expertise.
Finance / Commercial - Takes a lead in defining the commercial terms with clients, producing SoW, rate cards, budget
templates.
- Approves project budgets for client campaigns.
Can advise how to better improve GP without
compromising on client ROI.
- Drives commercial understanding and financial process throughout the client service team.
