One of the positions would suit a candidate with the experience to undertake more advanced surgical / diagnostic procedures and the career drive / desire for a potential future development of their position / career.
But if you just want to be part of skilled and experienced team, in a strong, dynamic practice that provides plenty of support that is fine too!The SA team is 19 vets, 21 RVNs, and 3 SVNs strong with several certificate, and diploma holders throughout the team, as well as those studying for certificates.The Hospital is well equipped with all the usual ultrasound, radiography, dentistry, endoscopic, surgical (inc laparoscopic), and ICU equipment you would expect in a top tier 1st opinion Hospital; including our own internal laboratory covered by dedicated laboratory technicians.We also provide an Ophthalmology referral service to practices throughout the South of England and have a weekly visiting Cert AVP (GSAS) for advanced orthopaedics.
What do we want from you?The ideal candidates will bring new ideas and experiences, adding to the energy and positivity of our hard-working team; we want you contribute to case discussions, clinical meetings and the provision of a progressive veterinary service to our clients.We do provide our own OOHs service, but as part of this progressive approach to the way we work, we have developed a hybrid OOHs vet team which covers the greater part of the OOHs night work.
So, the contribution that we will expect is not overburdening and is negotiable.
