JOB DESCRIPTION Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service?
Would you like to work in a fun and vibrant industry?
We currently have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our team as a Slot Host.
Although beneficial, no previous gaming experience is required as full training will be given.
As a Slot Host, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest standard of customer service.
Whlist being on hand to offer support, ensuring they have a great experience at our slot machines and in our electronic gaming areas.
The successful applicant would need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including night shifts as well as weekends.  Key skills and responsibilities include: Ability to deliver excellence in customer service at all times.
Constantly looking to engage with new customers whilst offering a warm and friendly welcome.
Oversee the slots and electronic gaming (ETG) areas offering assistance.
Be able to provide assistance and to answewr any questions our customers may have.
Identify any food and beverage requirements using a proactive approach where appropriate.
An understanding of the slots and the electronic gaming offer is preferable.
Communicate any relevant promotional activity or events to customers.
Host scheduled Slot and ETG tournaments.
Share customer feedback with the general manager.
