Role Summary We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our busy and fast paced department.
You must demonstrate excellent organisational skills along with outstanding customer service skills and have experience of working with IT systems.
The post holder will be able to use their own initiative to prioritise their daily workload to meet the changing needs of the service.
The role is diverse and will require an individual who is able to adapt to the growth and challenges of the department.
With offices in both Wonford and Osprey house, on a rota basis the post holder will be required to work at either site.

More detail about the role You will have excellent communication and written communication skills.
As well as daily administrative duties, you will understand and manage waiting lists working to meet standard NHS targets.
You will be required to learn and use multiple computer systems in order to fulfil your role.
The post holder must provide excellent customer care which may include communication with distressed and anxious patients and relatives, treating them respect and empathy and to ensure the professional image of the Trust is maintained at all times.
You will be responsible for actioning all referrals received via the Devon Referral Service and liaising with the relevant booking teams to ensure timely appointments are made.
