The Skills Coach is the main point of contact for the apprentices and has a central role in liaising with the employer, the tutors and the client team to support and guide their apprentices best.
They also work closely with the Compliance Team to ensure that the requirements of the apprenticeship funding rules are met.
Duties Work for an OFSTED Outstanding provider that puts people first (the learner and YOU).

Support a caseload of L3/4/7 accountancy apprentices working for some of the biggest names in practice and industry.
Hold regular review meetings with learners and line managers.
Guide learner development through their programme using our bespoke e-portfolio system, including giving feedback on portfolio submissions (non-technical).
Monitor learner progression to ensure they reach their highest potential in all the knowledge, skills, and behaviours of the apprenticeship standards.
Support apprentices through to End Point Assessment.
Keep excellent records and relevant trackers up to date.
Be able to develop yourself in many additional areas - and have fun while doing it!
Requirements Essential skills Ability to inspire, influence and motivate, with an enthusiasm for learning Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Confident and professional, as you will be representing the brand to clients and apprentices.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Ability to manage own workload.
