Our Production Operator roles at Samworth Brothers wont hang about for long.
Thats because the people wholl apply for them are full of energy and lightning quick.
They are responsible for the line set up at the start of production, weight checks, product measurements and foreign body management.
Our Production Operators make adjustments to the lines to ensure quality standards are met constantly.
They manage their line efficiency planned vs actual run rate.
