Job Description Deliver training to MHE operators to ensure safe working practices and a continual reduction in MHE accident / incidents.
Ensure training is delivered in a cost effective manner, with as minimal impact on the operation as possible Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs by improved efficiency and/ or process Planning an annual training plan to be delivered with agreement from the operation Ensure that the training has minimal impact on service within the operation Ensure all training is delivered in a timely manner, ensuring no individuals fall out of the required retraining timeline Ensure all inductions carried out with new starters and agency staff Provide operational support and guidance when required Work closely with internal and external departments within Culina to ensure that we share information about performance in an effective and consistent manner Communicate training requirements to the operation, ensuring timely delivery Ensure all employees are trained and inducted in line with current business and legal requirements Ensure staff training is kept up to date and assist fellow colleagues with training Impart training and inductions in a manner that is understandable Be the focal point regarding training and the Health & Safety of training Pre plan resources and workload to ensure training is delivered in a timely & efficient manner Communicate regularly with Team Leaders/ Senior Managers regarding any issues that may arise in the warehouse Other duties as reasonably required You may be required to work outside of your regular shift pattern on occasion to ensure all staff remain trained to the standards required.
