Site Supervisor

RGB Recruitment are delighted to be working with a reputable roofing contractor in search for a site supervisor to join the team on a permanent basis.
Position: Site Supervisor The role will be to support the Contracts Manager in organisation and controlling all site operations across South Devon & Exeter.
The role will be field based and will be responsible for the day to day runnings of approximately 15 contracts.
Responsibilities: Conducting pre-roof inspections, mid-roof inspections & completion sign-off's Delivery of toolbox talks to our tradesmen, material monitoring Plot scheduling with site teams and Contracts Manager Liaising and organising our workforce of roofing tradesmen and labourers Regular communication with our in-house buying department to ensure continuity and scheduling of works is correct Attendance of weekly sub-contractor meetings on site Attend weekly meetings discuss progress and planning Requirements :  Full driving licence  Minimum of 3 years experience in the construction industry  CSCS card  Good IT skills, customer service and communication skills  Ability to work under pressure    Should you wish to disucss this role further please contact Charley Hughes on ****** or call the office on 01392 537108.
