Due to continued expansion, they are now looking for an experienced Site Manager to take charge of exciting new build and restoration projects throughout Northern Ireland.

About the role: Location: Ballymoney (projects throughout NI) Salary: £Negotiable plus excellent benefits package Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Your key responsibilities: Oversee daily site operations from start to completion, ensuring projects run smoothly and on time Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades and on-site staff to maintain productivity and efficiency Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments, addressing hazards and implementing solutions Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to deliver projects successfully Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective practices Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting achievements and addressing challenges Lead restoration efforts, preserving the integrity of heritage and existing structures Criteria: Proven Experience: A track record of managing new build and restoration projects.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
Technical Expertise: Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Organisational Ability: Strong time management and attention to detail.
Certifications: CSCS Card and relevant Health & Safety qualifications.
Driving Licence: Full UK licence required.
