CDS Group Services Ltd is a £60m nationwide main contractor, shopfitter and manufacturer based in Romsey.
We welcome applicants who are outcome driven and have excellent people skills.
We are currently looking to recruit two experienced Site Managers on a Full Time basis who are based in the South of England.
The Site Manager must have experience in shopfitting and be willing to travel.
Business needs will dictate working hours, site opening times tend to be 7am - 7pm / 7.30am - 7.30pm Monday - Sunday The Primary Outcomes of the Site Manager: \n \n Customer Satisfaction \n Ownership of Site Safety \n Deliver efficiently to programme \n Achieve zero defects \n \n The Key responsibilities for the Site Manager: \n \n Constant communication with colleagues and customers.
\n Ensure a safe working environment and deliver TBT's. \n Customer relationship management.
\n Timely management of material and plant resources required.
\n Issue of daily near misses.
\n \n \n Ownership of overall site safety.
\n Deliver operations to Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
\n Deliver project to programme and on time.
\n Responsibility for sub-contractor and operative attendance.
\n \n \n Proper recording and reporting of any site issues.
\n Completion and uploading of all site paperwork.
\n \n \n Aim for defect free delivery.
\n Carry out own site audits.
\n Be responsible for chasing outstanding information from external and internal customers.
\n \n The Experience required of the Site Manager: \n \n People and resource management skills \n Commercially astute \n Outcome driven \n Adaptable to IT systems \n Good knowledge of all trades \n Multi - skilled in various trades \n Taking responsibility \n \n \n SMSTS \n First Aid at Work \n Fire Marshal \n Asbestos Awareness \n PASMA, IPAF, NVQ (preferred but not essential) \n CSCS Card \n Drivers Licence \n Willing to travel \n \n The Benefits available to the Site Manager: \n \n The Range homewares shop discount card \n Employee Assistance Programme \n \n \n 25 days holiday plus bank holidays \n Van and fuel card \n Phone and Laptop \n \n The right candidate will deliver all outcomes in line with CDS vision, mission, and values.
